Service availability may vary based on location, feasibility, and technical conditions.
2. Service Process & Estimates
All services are subject to inspection and diagnosis before final confirmation.
Cost estimates are shared based on initial assessment and may change if additional issues are identified.
No service will be performed without customer approval of the revised estimate.
3. Payments & Billing
Payment must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
For on-site services, payment is due immediately after service completion unless agreed otherwise.
GST is applicable as per government regulations and will be charged additionally where applicable.
Failure to clear dues may result in service suspension or withholding of delivery.
4. Warranty & Spare Parts
Warranty, if applicable, is limited only to the specific spare parts replaced.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surge issues, or user mishandling.
No warranty is provided on software-related issues unless explicitly mentioned.
5. Data Privacy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before handing over devices.
Infiserve Technologies is not liable for any data loss during repair, upgrade, or installation processes.
All data accessed during service is treated with strict confidentiality.
6. Data Recovery Disclaimer
Data recovery success depends on the condition of the storage device.
We do not guarantee 100% data recovery.
Recovery attempts are performed only after customer consent.
7. CCTV Services & AMC
CCTV installation includes hardware setup and basic configuration only.
AMC coverage and terms will be defined separately in AMC agreements.
Infiserve Technologies is not responsible for theft, misuse, or incidents occurring despite CCTV installation.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding devices and issues
Ensure safe access to premises for on-site services
Avoid misuse or tampering after service completion
9. Limitation of Liability
Infiserve Technologies shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business, data, or profits
Delays caused due to unavailability of parts or external factors
Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the service charges paid.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a service is completed, it is non-refundable.
Cancellations before service commencement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Advance payments for confirmed services are generally non-refundable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Infiserve Technologies unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
